This article details the Vertical Stack, a strategy in Ultimate Frisbee. The strategy uses the physical layout of the field, allowing for maximum utilization of the defensive area. It is described as both a dynamic and flexible strategy, allowing for quick changes on the field. This strategy is further broken down into the Stack, a horizontal version of the Vertical Stack, and the Flow, a way of using the Stack to keep control of the offense.
